One-X Portal for IPO

So I just downloaded the latest version of One-X, version 8.0.103.31. My problem is for some reason I cannot transfer calls through the Web UI, I have to do it on the TUI (but I want to be able to transfer through the Web UI).

I'm currently stuck because i went though the One-X admin profile and saw nowhere any type of permissions setting for enabling unsupervised transfers. Then I went though IPO Manager and couldn't find anything in the user profile setting, so I'm at a bit of a loss here. If I missed anything, any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
While you are live on a call a transfer icon will light up under the phone number field. right next to consult

That's the problem, it's not lighting up. And I'm not sure why. The icon remains grayed out through the entire call.

I figured it out,thank you though! I'm too used to having to enable a transfer action THEN entering a number, I didn't try entering the destination number first.

This goes against the whole Avaya ethos of One-X(perience). Wasn't the idea to get everything to work in the same way??? On the desk phones you press Transfer BEFORE entering the number. It's just crazy...
