One x portal 9.1 wont start in application server. yellow light 1

can anyone shed some light on this for me? i rebooted and still no change. still yellow light not green

error- ipoonexportal User login failed : userName : scs_user : Extn : : reason : serverErr
 
Make sure you give it a solid 15 minutes to connect before beginning to troubleshoot.

Reset security settings on the IP500v2 and make sure the matching user in One-X portal is using the default password.

Ensure there are no other One-X Portal servers on the network trying to connect to that system.

Ensure IP500v2 and App Server are running compatible firmware (both on R9.1 SP4 for example).
 
Have you completed the setup under the Admin login for one-x as it will stay yellow until you do.

I can not access admin until it is running.
 
Does it show System unavailable when accessing the onexportal-admin.html page instead of the onexportal.html page?
 
shows this-Embedded File Server File Does Not Exist
 
At least the admin page should be accessible despite the yellow light which indicate that one of the providers cannot connect to IP Office due to a password error.
I've had the same lately with a UCM on 9.1.3, had to reset security settings on IP Office AND on the UCM.
