One X Outlook Plugin IP Address

we recently change the IP of the application server, all works fine, however the outlook plugin IP keep reverting back to the old IP.

Even we after we change, log out log back in OK, the next day the old IP is back in.

have tried uninstalling and re-installing but still having the same issue.

Does anyone know where the IP is stored? its not in the registry.
