One-X Mobile IPO not doing VoIP externally, but works internally

Hello. I am trying to get the One-X Mobile for IPO for android to make calls with VoIP. It works internally perfect. However externally it will not work. I enabled all the NAT rules and looked at the firewall logs and it's actually passing along the traffic no problem. The app even says "partially registered". Do I need to enable the h323 remote extn enable option in IPO Manager? or is it something else. thanks for the help in advance!

enable sip registrar and autocreate sip needs to be enabled. Do you have the RTP ports open through your firewall, as well?

All of those you mentioned are enabled...

I monitored the traffic internally and basically just opened the same ports it used externally as well as opened up all the ports in the avaya documentation
