One-X Mobile Help - IP500

I need some help, a few months ago we had a vendor install a Ip Office 500 system. I have been trying to find the One-X mobile software. However, my vendor is telling me it is only in Beta for the IP Office system. Everything I had read was to the contrary that in fact it works on IP Office 500 Release 4.2 +. Can someone validate that and also if that is true how can I get the software needed. I am getting no help from my vendor and they have now begin to ignore. I already have my One-X license in place (bought that from CDW)

there is a one-x mobile client for ip office.

ive seen it in action. just the download links dont work anymore.

HSM, it's not the same one as the Unified Comms one, that one is more like one-x portal with a built in softphone unlike the IPO one that just dials codes for you over pstn

If you go to support.avaya.com and click on the downloads link then type in ip you will see a download link called one-x mobility for IP Office.

They moved the list from 4.2 > 5.0

One-X it's available also for BlackBerry (IPOffice and EC500) it's called SoLo DTMF.

If the SoLo DTMF is as stable as the SoHo hotel software i would sleep a night over it.
