Hi,
I have an IP Office 8.0.44 with Universal PRI (E1-R2), a VM PRO server and one-X Portal server. I want to set a user with one-X Mobile. The smartphone device is an iPhone 4.

I have Power User licenses. When in the user selected the one-X Mobile Client gives me an error message that says "System contains no trunks Suitable for Avaya one-X Mobile Call Control or Clients.

The application from my iPhone logs in fine, but when I call an extension I enabled the internal speaker.

Could you help me about this problem?

Thank you very much

Regards

Rrod, on the iPhone you have a slider where you should select the correct phone.
On the iPhone this is the work phone by default.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thank you for your help!!

Why appear this error? "System contains no trunks Suitable for Avaya one-X Mobile Call Control or Clients"

What does it means this error? This error could affect the OK operation of this?

Regards

Trunk Restrictions
This feature is only supported on the systems on the following trunk types:
• IP500 Universal PRI (Not on T1 robbed-bit and E1R2 channels set to a Type/Line Signalling Type that do not support disconnect clear detection. For example, not on a T1 robbed-bit channel set to Loop Start emulation).
• IP500 BRI
• IP500 SIP (RFC2833)
• Routing via trunks that do not support clearing supervision (disconnect detection) should not be used.
• DTMF detection is applied to twinned calls to a user configured for this feature. This will have the following effects:
• DTMF dialing is muted though short chirps may be heard at the start of any DTMF dialing.
• DTMF dialed by the user will not be passed through to other connected equipment such as IVR or Voicemail.

Your PRI channels are most likely setup as the above not supported type.

OK.

OK, but I have an Universal PRI card with E1-R2 channels. So, why appear this error? "System contains no trunks Suitable for Avaya one-X Mobile Call Control or Clients"

May be you are configuring something wrong, I don't know.

Thanks

Change the ? short code in the maneger, i think it's still on 0 instead of the ARS50 or the ARS you're using.

It works! Now if only I could remember what I did...

Is the Universal PRI card fitted on a legacy card? It won't work on IP400 trunk cards either.

I still think Intrigrant was correct with his first post, it mentions E1R2 trunks specifically as not being supported depending on signalling type :)

Hi all, thank you very much for your help. I resolved the issue. One-x mobile applications does work ok

For the ones who run in the same messsage : what was the problem/resolution?
