I have the following installation:
Both configured according to installation document released by Avaya (15-601140 Issue 09g), the issue I'm having is that "One-X Mobile for IP Office" app on Android can't make or recieve voice calls, the app status is always "partially connected". Although the One-X webapp is running and I can control voice calls using it.
On the top bar of the app there is a button shaped like an exclamation mark, if click on that it tells me that "VoIP not supported by server. You have enabled the VoIP feature but the IP Office system you are connected to does not support it. An IP Office system running version 9.0 or greater is requiered to use this feature."
Does that mean I have to upgrade the IP Office to a release 9? Or is there a fix or workaround for this issue without upgrading?
- IP Office 8.1 with Preffered Edition license.
- One-X Portal 8.1.91 running on Windows Server 2008 R2.
