Hi all,

I am getting echo on calls to One-X Attendant console R3

Can anyone help me on this issue?

Sorry for the delay. I am using Logitech USB Headset.

Hi All,

I'm facing also problem with the One-X Att, I'm not able to dial any number using the application with R4.
Any idea where to resolve the issue.

You have to watch the USB headset, most are not supported by Avaya.
I ended up using a normal PC headset (2 plugs) and it has worked well.
