Hi Guys.

I have a customer using One-X Attendant 4.05.100 (FP4) on a windows 2003 server. They have 3 separate databases using Master Directory. As 2003 server is not supported they have purchased a windows 2012 server.

The issue I have found is One-X Attendant 4.11.100 (FP10) and 4.12.010 (SP11) are the 2 versions compatiable with windows server 2012, but Master Directory has bveen removed. When trying to copy the phonebook setup in configurator and copy the database Master Directory over it obviously won't work.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue? is there a similar database tool to Master Direcorty that can be replicated and have their databases moved to it, for it all to work?

Thank you in Advance.

So an update on this.

Managed to go through an upgrade process from the SP4 version onto the 2012 server and get it to SP11.

The profiles and directory have moved accross, but you cant edit the diectory anymore. I think this is due to the Master Directory software no longer being included.

Searching through the old server i found a DBF file of the directory downloaded and DBF viewer and can see the directory. I converted this to a CSV file and imported to the new one-X it took the import and can see 5,000 entries but they are blank, so think mst be so,ething wrong with the way its reading it.

Can anyone shed any light please?
