One Way Audio On Attendant Console

When a call is received on the attendant console we can hear the caller but they can't hear us. We switched the console, adapter, handset, handset cord and the line cord with the same result. I even switched ports on a different slot, same thing. We have a Definity and any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
Hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?
DCP digital circuit-pack type? Are you using -48vDC 1151B power or a KS unit, wired to the white-brown pair of the mounting cord
Is the console 302A, B, C, or D
A and B are DCP 4 wire only
C is 4 wire or 2 wire DCP
D is 2 wire DCP only
