ON HOLD PRI 5" is showing up on one of our users sets (intercom key has arrow lit). What is causing this? Thanks
 
are the t1 channel primed to this ext in proggramming...if change to none
 
Actually it was set to the set extension. I changed it to none but it continues. Odd. (Yes I double checked it)
 
Is the extension in question 221? Unless you specify a different extension as prime set, the system will default any ringing call without a programmed destination to x221, even if Prime set=none. Try changing it to some other ext, and see if the trouble follows.
 
I rebooted the sytem as well as assiging the line to a different Prime set. It is still occuring. Help!
 
try disabling the set/re-enable. same for the line.
 
by any chance is phone forwarded..and if it is is it externally
 
Thanks everyone for your help. I just ended up replacing the extension.
