On Call Programming

Hi All,

I am looking for some assistance with some programming.
I am sure I have seen something on a forum very similar to what I am trying to achive, but it was quite a while ago and I cannot seem to find it.

Basically, on a Saturday the calls could be answered by one of three people, we have two engineers on call, and then our helpdesk.

Is there any way that I can set up, easily, programming that would send the calls to the correct on call engineer/helpdesk without having to change the programming on a weekly basis?

Please let me know if any further info is required as I am not sure if I have explained this well.
