went to an Avaya IPO406 v2 from a MICS. On internal calls you used to be able to tell if person you are calling was on the phone. Can the 5410 be programmed to do that.
 
Still can't get that 5610 to work, it worked when I set the system up in December, must have changed something in the settings of the switch

Enjoy, but as of R6 (the most recent) upgrades require licencing, up to that it's free :)

Yes, but as I say it's licensed around $200 I think, I would stick with R5 as there are many licencing/supported app changes with R6 that may not benefit you unless you really want some R6 only features :)

Reduce call appearance buttons to 2
enable Busy_Last_CA on user

2nd call to user will now get busy or VM.
 
He kwows that Guru, he wants a visual indication before the call is attempted :)
