Old voicemails don't delete after 36 hours Embedded VM IP 401 NG

We don't save the messages when we have listen to it. the messages won't be deleted after a certain time. Because its a embedded voicemail there no register keys to change.

Does anyone recognize this problem or have a solution.

Software version 3.0 40
