We had an old Panasonic system which if you picked up the handset you would not get a dial tone and can dial an internal extension no problem.
If you wanted to dial out, you hit a line it would automatically add a 9 in place. and you dial your number.
With our current IPO if you pick up the handset, you get a dial tone, can dial an extension or press 9 to dial out.
While I think this is awesome and no problems, people are dialing 911.
Does IPO support the way the old Panasonic system works?
Any other ideas to avoid these people from dialing 911 and hanging up.
