Office 9.1 Service Pack Download Assistance Request

I purchased an IP Office Partner 9.1 to replace my existing ACS. The current software on the IP Office is 9.1.0 and I would like to update to service pack 12. The Avaya website will not allow me to download the service pack since I do not have a relationship with Avaya.

What is the best path for me to download 9.1 Service Pack 12? I'd like to get the control unit up to date before configuring lines, phones and such.

call a business partner and ask them to get it for you.
May cost you may not but that is the only way you will get your hands on it.
Nobody posts the firmware on a public download site as far as I know.
