Office 2003 Tech Support

I'm a training manager for a pharmaceutical sales Technical Support Call Center. I have a new client who we will be supporting starting Jan. 19, 04. They will be using Office 2003. I have to rapidly ramp up my techs to support them. Are there any resources dedicated specifically to training to support issues around Office 2003?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Mous program, other then that just using the programs will help out with common problems.

if you know office 2000/XP office 2003 are not much different then the previous 2 version. I am running office 2003 now.

Ms are also starting a course for support personel that I think they want to rival CompTIA with, It consists of two exams (courses) that covers O.S and office here's the link but I think that the course is still in Beta form.
