IPO V2 release 9.1.1.110 with Sip Trunk.
I do a forwarding on the user to a mobile number, and get the following in my trace

2015/07/08 10:21:00 AM-815ms Line = 17, Channel = 2, SIP Message = Ack, Call Ref = 1472, Direction = From Switch, From = 0123456789@192.168.xxx.xx, To = 0987654321@192.168.xxx.xx
2015/07/08 10:21:00 AM-829ms Call Ref = 1472, Retargeting
The call then rings directly to voicemail.
The config stays exactly the same and i replace the forwarding number with my mobile number and the forwarding works.
If i phone 0987654321 directly from the extension, a call is established and operational.
I create a short code *101 and point my incomming call route to *101 and the call is established.
any ideas please clever people
