I can't access the outbound campaign management tools (OCMT)in the agent pc or from my pc,but i can access it through the CCMM and CCT server . when I access it in agent pc its give me an error (Application has generated an exception that could not be handled>>> click cancel to debug the application)then after click the cancel key it show an other error messege (Registered JIT debugger is not available An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2).please check computer settings.
