OCMT can't access in the agent PC 1

I can't access the outbound campaign management tools (OCMT)in the agent pc or from my pc,but i can access it through the CCMM and CCT server . when I access it in agent pc its give me an error (Application has generated an exception that could not be handled>>> click cancel to debug the application)then after click the cancel key it show an other error messege (Registered JIT debugger is not available An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2).please check computer settings.
cordbg.exe !a 0x204 )

So could you help me to find the cause of this problem.

hi Msanzs,

the main issue for causing this problem is the host file in the agent PC or on your PC,

the host file is

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

open it and add host name (server name) and its IP for the CCMS,CCT,CCMA,CCMM

but you must make sure the spaces between the hostname and the IP address

as

X.X.1.115 CCMA
X.X.1.141 CCMSPRI
X.X.1.113 CCMM

(make this space by clicking the TAB key)

please try it and inform me.
