OAI Gateway error "NoChkIn"

This is showing up under the system status>Telephone line screen on each phone/line that is configured. We are having trouble getting the phones to work with our Nurse Call system.

I also saw a ECP error on the main status window saying no heartbeat. Not sure about this either. I can get to the OAI on the network.
 
What kind of handsets are you using? The 6140 and 6120 need OAI turned on in the handset. Try using the auto register feature to find the sets. You can IDU the TNs to check the MAC address. Repaired sets are sometimes marked wrong.
 
They are the 61xx handsets. THanks, I will check this out.
