Hello,

I have a supervisor who wants a count of how many outgoing calls each of his employees make each day. (8 employees total.) He would like it to output to a printer.

For something like this, an aftermarket CDR seems like overkill. He'd probably be happy even if he could pull up the information on his phone display.

Any ideas for a workaround would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dale

You could just collect the CDR data to a capture file. However, the time and labor cost to analyze it may soon exceed the cost of just getting CDR software.

If he really has to have that info...
Here is a 'work around'?

Do you have ACD software in your system? if so, make everyone and ACD agent, make him the ACD Supervisor and set-up a TTY/PRT port and run ACD reports?
He can get a 'Display' and 'Reports' on both incoming and outbound calls.
