Hi

Colleagues trying to dial international numbers (predominately German) that are more than 15 digits in length via our Opt11 get NU. Yet the numbers can be dialed from mobile phones etc. There is obviously some restriction on the number of digits allowed when dialing out. Is this something that can be changed & if so where would I do it?

print the the country code and then the rlb, you may have that set to to few digits.. if that's not right, you will get the re-order after the same number of digits every time.. if not, the trouble may be a timer...

You already check the lengh in the rlb ?
same thing i am thinking, the same number of digits to dial Germany as any other country code.
