Hi Guys,

How many ICD groups can have their own voicemail messages?

i have a client who has a week table which sends their main group to VM at night

theyre about to take over another 3 businesses and all lines are being ported over to the PBX. can these other 3 businesses have their own voicemail message on the system?

if you have a dsp card you’re good for multiple calls to different mailboxes. If you don’t it will only answer 2 at a time

Any mailbox on the SVM will only handle one call at a time no matter how many channels you have
