NS700 Transfer to extension kicks back / Transfer to VM?

Hi All -

Have an NS700 where the receptionist is transfering an incoming call to an extension, if the ext does not pickup it is kicking back to her. Anyway to keep it from kicking back and simply going to that designated ext VM if RNA?

Also, how should the DSS Key Voice Mail Transfer be coded if receptionist also wants to send a call directly to an ext VM Box only?

1.make intercept to the mailbox from the extention.

2. make dss button vtr-500 (if your vm is 500).

Thanks - I programmed a DSS Key Voice Mail Transfer - 500

Also, In the extension table - Recall Destination - 500

Going to give this a shot when customer arrives.

try to change at the pbx at voicemail dpt - system setting - transfer recall to mailbox to disable

Try Changing the PBX transfer sequence from FX to FXD

Set the UM to FXD as biggles says
Set intercept to vm 500 after about 30 seconds

This will sort the issue

With fxd the voice mail will not answer and go to main custom

Thanks - I Have FXD in UM, Main CS Menu is a time out to ICD Group 601 which then intercepts to 601 VM on a RNA - That is working correctly - Still waiting on customer to verify the above solutions as they were extermely busy yesterday to confirm.

Will report back as to what worked once done.
