I have two users who will sit in one of two locations in a building (at random) throughout the day. Rather than having them login (which I for-see serious issues with) to the handsets each time they move from desk A to desk B, curious if there is a way on Panasonic NS series to create a duplicate extension? I know this can be done with IP handset / IP wireless on the system but IP handset / IP handset I can't grok. Any help is appreciated!

thank you,
badgenes

You can set up 2 extensions on the system and on the main phone option 1 xdp, put in the second phone and it will work as on. The buttons have to be programmed separately and clip if needed

Setup wireless xdp for Ext A and in the options put in Ext B so when Ext A rings, so will Ext B.

Extension --> Wired Extension --> Extension Settings --> OPTION 1 --> Wireless XDP/Shared Extension

Excellent thank you both! I'll do this today or tomorrow and report back.

Well its a good thing I'm not being graded or my compensation based upon the follow through behavior exhibited here...At any rate, works great, lasts a long time. If anyone else finds this to do same (it goes without saying but...) target the primary extension for your groups, attach mailbox info to your primary, etc. I accidentally configured both extensions similarly and ran into problems, then dropped the 2nd extensions configuration (except for buttons) and made sure it was not in ICD or ring groups.
