Hi All,

A customer has an NS700 and the support contact is being very unhelpful.

Whenever i try to make a change, to a phone number, name, speed dial, fwd, pretty much anything i've tried, I get "Operation Failed". This is just applying the change on the web interface before I save the config to the system. Any ideas what could be causing it?

Thanks

Tried IE, Chrome and Firefox. All the same.

Just tried basilisk, no change i'm afraid.

I'm going to try installing the Unified Management Console and making the changes through that. Anything I should know?

What level /COS is the login ...user, administrator , INSTALLER?

Perhaps connecting directly ,change your computer NIC to static from dhcp
192.168.1.35 255.255.255.0 no dns needed plug directly into the lan port

That is not the subnet that the system is on but I think i get your point. I don't think the system is giving out DHCP though.

Still can't make any changes. Any other ideas?

Do you connect to the PBX remotely?
Do you use https protocol for connection?

No from a laptop connected to the same LAN. HTTP.

Just tried HTTPS, same thing.
