NS700, no message lamp and no voicemails

I can leave someone a voicemail as a test and I hear their welcome message, etc. But then the message waiting lamp just turns on once then goes off. Then when they check their messages, there's no voicemails. Has anyone encountered this and knows how to fix it? Thanks.

Do they have voicemail to email? If so, there is a setting to delete the voicemail after the email has been sent, hence why the light is on, then off.

Do you know what that setting is called? I only see a setting called "Device Notification for Unreceived Message" but it's off for everyone, and nobody else seems to have the same issue.

If you go into the extensions mailbox settings, scroll down to Notification Parameters, click on Edit beside Email/Text Messaging. On the daily tabs, see if this is set to Yes

It was set to yes, but so is everyone else's. And this one, like all the others, is set to "Continuous" rather than Scheduled.

Does everyone else have voicemail to email enabled? I believe this setting will only ever take effect if it successfully sends the email out.

Yes, it's enabled for the whole org.
