Is there any way to forward a ICD group to a particular custom service menu as i want to overflow to a AA.
At the moment it just overflows to CS1 which is the default message.

Cheers
Ian

You can do this, you will need to use a specific UM port, set to a different service group, then assign custom service to service group.

Remember to change um group ports assigned to um ports.

Hi thanks for the reply

The call routing i have in day service goes to ICD group 601 & if no ans goes to CS1 with a message to either press 1 to leave a message or hold, the call then goes to ICD group 602 to ring another group of phones & it's this group i want to go to a different CS, but there is no way to send the call to a different UM service number..or at least i can't find a way..

You could set up personal custom service within mailbox of 602.

Alternatively ref my 1st post set up overflow to assigned floating UM port number
