NS-500 will not boot

Normally if it doesn’t boot it turns red, is the switch set to normal on the front. If it set ti initialise power off the system before returning or it will default the system.

Thanks a lot, I have tried all this. I have set the switch to initialize several times and you see the flashing sequence change when you switch over to normal, but it still remains green and fails come back to normal service!
