Not synchronize with Ip Office 500 1

Hello,
I have a big problem. I have 3 IP Office 500 V1. Software version 6.0 (18) and 6.0 (14). I have I 4 modules phone 30 V2. When I connect these modules on IP Office, the modules does not sync, even after you restart the IP Office. In the System Status appears in the following alarm: Expansion module inoperative.

Did a fresh install software via TFTP manager and the problem continues. I changed the port module expansação and only the green LED flashes. The modules were tested in 3 Ip Office 500 and the problem continues.

Is there any special procedure? can not find any help on the site suport Avaya.

do you have an upgrade license that is maybe just the small upgrade license?
That license does not allow for expansion modules

And have you loaded the corresponding 6.xx software onto the expansion modules. They need to match the version of IPO you are running or they won't connect properly.

That 500v1 will not see any of the expansion modules if there is no large license on R6! Also, Double check cables from expansion to IPO, are they correct?
Only R5 allowed 500v1 to use expansion modules without a license! On R4 500v1 needed pro license, and R6+ needs large upgrade license.

I checked the interconnect cable, do not believe the problem is this, because I have 4 cables and none works. The licenses are as follows:

this is your problem it is the wrong license. this is for single systems without expansion up to 32 users
