Hello All,
I need some serious help.... I have a 0x32 running USA MICS_XC 6.1 FC software and 2 6 port fiber expansions... Also connected is four trunk modules starting on slot one on ports 12, 11, 10 and 9 on the left...I know that 13 and 14 are for companion....Stations are starting on the expansion card on slot 2 ports 3, 4 and 5.... bottom up... stations are working fine... Here is the problem... When I press CO line 61 which is on trunk module one I get a "Not In Service" When I look at the programming under hardware and module status port 12 is not seen as a trunk module... Also I only have the option to change it to an ASM or Data module... Also when I look in maintenance under module status port 12 shows empty.... I have been scratching my head for two days now and I'm missing something...Is a key-code required to run 12 ports ??? A little history of the equipment... The 0x32 cabinet was pulled new out of our stock room and the software unfortunately was purchased separately and it was used.... Any help would be greatly appreciated... Sean
