Hi Guys Im a IT Guy that Inherit the PBX and reading the manual here and there Been able to solve some problems but I have a new one that I need some help .

When you dial the Ext 230 you get the message not in service

I checked that there is a phone attached and it actually works to receive and make calls
you get that error when the person is on a call....

How do I fix that ?

Thanks in advance guys

Whatever extension you think is 230 really isn't. Go to that phone and press feature *0 intercom or call a display phone and it will tell u the right extension. When u call a extension and it says not in service the system doesn't see that phone.

On Extension 230, Forward on Busy is programmed with an extension that doesn't have a phone attached to it.

I did the Feature *0 Intercom and it show the correct extension

Now what ?

Terminals & Sets > [230] > Capabilities > Forward on Busy: None

Do you know how to make this change?

It worked....it was boing forwarded to an extension that I removed weeks ago

thanks!
