Hey guys, i have a problem getting the incoming call's CLI on my 16xx phones.
for example, the call comes into the embedded Vm and finally rings on the Receptions 1616 Phone. There, An 'external call' shows up instead of the CLI.
My local Telco informs me that he sends this Information on me but i still can not get it.
The BRI Line is on the defaults and the INC Configuration has been implement with the simplest way.All the lines belongs in the same Incoming Id and they all use the same INC to reach the AA:EXAMPLE.
(Ip Office 500/4.2.17/4 ISDN BRI Lines)

I will run a trace tomorrow to examine the logs.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Just look in call status or system status, if you don't see the CLI in there it isn't being recieved :)

send the calls directly to the phone for testing purposes to see what it shows then or use your ISDN tester to see what comes through.

If you can't be good, be good at it!

if the digits are being recieved make sure your incoming call route has the same amount of digits as that being send...had a similar issue before and it was this (obviously check the above 1st because what im saying only happened once in about 7 yrs of being an engineer)
