Unable to print in access. The error message tells me that I have<br>
not set a default printer, but I have and I can print in Word and<br>
Excel.

Can you Print Preview? When you try to use File &gt; Print do you get the print dialog box with the printer showing?

We have the same problem but only when printing to Small Business server fax printer. Anyone know the fix?

So, Print Preview works. If you click File &gt; Print does the dialog box come up or is that when you get the error? If that's not when you get the error when is it that you DO get it? What steps do you use? Which version of Access are you using? Which OS? Networked printer or local? Has it ever printed correctly from Access?

We don't use Access here, but I have heard a rumor (so this isn't written in stone!) that this is a fairly common Access bug. Check Microsoft to see if they have a patch. When we DL'd the last Office patch, our Excel printing problems went away.

It seems that WinFax working in the background is the culpret. By<br>
not having that program running I can print in Access. It is either<br>
that or it finally deceided to come off vacation and do its job.
