I am new to this system and access it seldomly. I need to do a change on the service our provider is giving us that implies login in through Unified Manager and although I can access via telnet I cannot login into Unified Manager. This is what I do:
1. Start internet explorer (on a clean laptop with Windows XP Service Pack 1)
2. Type the address of the BCM
3. Double click in the icon for Unified Manager
A window pops up displaying only a line.

In the past, I have been able to login to the Unified Manager successfully but I haven't done it in problably a year (or more).

Please help! This change of service will represent savings of 50%/month.

Thanks,

Maria M. Gutierrez

Check your pop-up blocker, you can hold down your CTRL key and see if let you open the browser. Also you have to have Java installed and running on your computer. Good luck!

Do you have a maintenance agreement with a nortel vendor?
There is a a service update SU_4 for Rls 3.6 that will solve your problem. You need an experienced BCM Tech to
put it on for you. A qualified tech will be able to see what patches
are installed now so that they can install SU4 properly.
