Unable to get D channel to come up between Meridian and Cisco 2600 series routers.

ACRC from yes to
no under loop timer
ACRC= auto report on CRC-4 errors.
Problems getting D channel and loop to come up between a meridian and a Cisco 2610 router. In this case the Cisco 2610 was expecting to see ACRC set to yes. This was changed to no and the respective change made on the meridian as well. The D channel then came up. (All other parameters as per recommended settings).

Cabling:
From PRI use NTBK05DA Amphenol to 9 Pin RS232
You will need a convertor you can 'make up' from RS232 to RJ48 (BT part number: 5205817)
Use straight patching cable between Cisco Module and RS232.
You will need a convertor you can make up using the pinouts as below:
RJ45 Cisco Module Avaya Cable NTBK05DA
Pin RS232 (9 pin) Amphenol
4 (Tx Tip) 2 24 (Rx1)
5 (Tx Ring) 3 49 (Tx1)
1 (Rx Tip) 6 23 (Rx0)
2 (Rx Ring) 7 48 (Tx0)
** The difference between RJ45 and RJ48 is that RJ45 uses pins 1 2 3 and 6 whilst RJ48 uses pins 1 2 4 & 5. **
