Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble copying the programmed buttons on each phone. I thought going into the system via feature code **266344 would copy one handset program to another, however, i am finding that the buttons on the phone itself do not copy over.

Am I wrong to assume that there is a way to program just one phone and then copy it to multiple?

They will copy button for button as long: A) you are copying to the right set (F*0) to verify DN's and B) they are the same set type. As in you can't copy a T7616e to a T7316.

To clarify, this is done through the system settings, under terminals & sets, from one DN to the other, correct?

If this does not work button for button and they are the same set type, what issues can there be that prevent button to button copying?

In the system programming, I go to -> Terminals & Sets -> Sets -> Ext # -> Copy: System Data -> Copy: single -> copy to new Ext #?

In the system programming, I go to -> Terminals & Sets -> Sets -> Ext # -> Copy: System Data -> Copy: single -> copy to new Ext #?"
When you get to System Data press CHANGE to show SYSTEM+USER & continue to -> Copy: single -> copy to new Ext #?

Thanks i'll give that a try. What happens if that does not work?

thanks, that worked! system data+user.. got it.
