After you forward do you print the tn to see if it is there? What happens?

how many didits are you sending out cos it's only set to 8 ....CFW 8 change it to say 12,,, try that

I tried 12 and 16 and it wont take. It's just a local number so I should only need 8. The ncos doesn't need to be higher does it?

worth a shot try NCOS 7,,, also are you using a 9

Yes using 9 I'll try ncos 7 and let you know. Thanks.

First of all you need to see if ncos 7 is even valid in the esn data block. If you can physically make the call from the phone then it's not an ncos issue.

Try:

cls = hta sfa
tgar = 0
ftr cfw 12

You also need to check that in LD 49 that the number being forwarded to is an allowed code,

And most importantly..... when setting the call fwd, is the user actually putting the access code in before the outside number????

You can CFW anywhere you can dial, if this is set:
Other notes:

LD49 ALOW/DENY is not common is the USA, so it is unlikey the problem.

SFA/SFD does not apply to this.

You have to do "#1 95551212" ~ "at the phone" and not in programming.

Most of the time it is the CFF/CFO. You need CFF

Silly question, I guess User is familiar with the FFC (FlexFeatCode) for forwarding 'CFWA' Code on Analogue phones

Cheers!!

Thanks to everyone. It was the cff code.
