Nortel MeetMe Audio problem

We had MeetMe Audio teleconferencing service enabled on our Nortel BCM450 system (BCM450R1, sw version 8.0.1.05.329) about three months ago. Everything was fine until last couple of days when users started reporting random "muting" of participants when the join teleconference.

Randomly, a participant is somehow muted when he joins the conference; he can hear us, but we can’t hear him. If the same participant hangs up and rejoins the conference, same issue still happens. So far, we are able to conclude that it happens to only one random user in any conference. We made no changes to our setup, which leads me to believe that there may be some bug, but I'm no expert. I know Nortel released patch this month, but I would like to see if anyone has seen this before and can shed some light.
 
Dude?!? I have the exact same problem. System has been working perfectly and now when a third participant joins thay are muted. Definitely sounds like a bug, glad its not just me. I am trying a reboot tonight and patching on Monday. Let us know how you go
 
Glad I'm not alone :)

I'm rebooting tonight as well.
 
Reboot appeared to have fixed it. We installed latest patches for a good measure too.
