Nortel BCM 50, one extension not working after accidental restart

Hi,

We have Nortel BCM 50 in our office with 12 extension. Last week our building management accidentally turned off the system.

When we turned on the system, from all the 12 phone one phone is not working. It doesn't has a dial tone but the led and

other keys are flashing.

I tried restarting it again but...

Can someone please assist me to resolve the issue.

Your digital set is not booting up. It can be a bad port to bad digital set. try a different phone of the same model in that location to see if the set is bad, it happens. If two working sets fail to work in that location, change ports and tag the bad one to not be used in the future. Bad ports also happen.

Failing that, I would look at poor connections to that location.
