FreePBX Asterisk SIP trunk with IPO 500 outbound calling

Hello, this my first post here I'm trying to use Avaya IPO500 as voice gateway to FreePBX 17
trunk is up and ext. from FreePBX side are able to access the ext. in Avaya
for external calling from FreePBX ext to extranl number through Avaya E1 trunks the Avaya accepts the call and do nothing just keep trying (SIP 183)
My Scenario is like that
FreePBX EXT --> FreePBX --> IPO 500 --> E1

It's probably best to post your query on the IP Office forum.
Just do a search on that forum and add in a search of e.g freepbx etc
