Norstar voip gateway

I've connected two MICS systems via Norstar voip gateways. I get stutter dial tone from the other system and then have to dial the 6-digit cos password and the extension number in order to complete the call. Anybody knows a shorter way to get this accomplished? Thank you in advance.

It looks like the line is set to be answered with a stutter dial tone.

Changing the value of the "Answer with DISA" setting from Yes to No will cause the line to be answered with a dial tone. It is under Lines > Trunk/Line Data.
