Ok here is the probem. Calls coming over the dids are not being routed to the users vm box. It seems that they are getting to voicemail but to the directory message. The call is answered by voicemail and then it says "using the dial pad enter the extension you wish to call" The problem all started after there was a brown out. The voicemail system died and was replaced with the same version. All cfna is set to correct vm dn. Now here is the kicker. When you make an intercom call the correct voicemail box picks up. any help will be greatly appreciated.
