Norstar Voice Mail Manager 4.0 IP Address

I recently had a tech out here who had to restart my voicemail system. I now cannot connect to the voice mail system using the VM Manager v4.0. I'm thinking it may have a problem with the NVM not assiging the correct IP Address. So my question is how do I set the IP address of the actual voice mail manager, or the Fast RAD or whatever part needs the IP Address. I'm saying whatever part, as I am not sure which part of the system needs the IP Address changed.

198.162.110.10 or 11 or 12 on manager"should come up in window" if you are saying you launch software and wont connect ..first ping if no response,,reboot nam again
 
What I'm saying is we used to connect through say IP address of 1.1.1.10, and it's saying "Error Communicating with Server." How do I set the IP Address back to 1.1.1.10?
 
I already typed the ip address to where it used to be, and still get the same error. Um, thanks for the help I guess...
 
under os2 on nam ..not your pc..at promt must access config for ip...why are you not calling vendor????
 
I already did, and he told me to restart the voicemail again..which fixed it, but I like to learn things...
