I have a couple of older Norstar systems, a 3 x 8,
and a 6 x 16. They work, however, the time and date re-sets to jan 1. every time they are powered up. There doesn't seem to be any way to change the time & date
in programming......Anyone have any clues, besides the
forklift upgrade ? Thanks !

Time and date are set in Admin programming F**23646 password 23646. If they lose the time and reset to Jan 1 everytime there is a power outage the back up capacitor in is toast.

Don't mean to sound snooty trickenb, but you call yourself a vendor and don't know how to set the time and date??

folks - thanks! It worked. I specialize in MCK equipment,
Norstars are a minor, and I am still learning them.
Thanks a bunch !

but telmarv you did answer the question should have red flagged ...but i will give you a star anyway for tellin it like it is

ONLY 7 WEEKS TILL SKI SEASON STARTS

I used to "tell it like it is," but then I kept getting nastygrams from site management so I had to tone it down. I wish they would turn on the feature that allowed you to look at a users history so you could tell which ones were using the site to avoid calling vendors.
