Norstar T7406e.. Register???

Ok. Have a customer who has three T7406e's and two of them started displaying "PLEASE REGISTER!!!" ? how do i register these?

Press the button on the side of the phone go throw the menu until u reach send ss code unplug the power to the base send ss code within 14 scn the handset should link exit program

Ok i pushed func on the side of the handset.. went thru the menu and i cant find that.. the last item on the menu is " Maintnece"??

Huh.. now only one of the sets is connected and working and the other two are just blank on the screen. And on the base the two outside LED's are green andthe two inside are Yellow?

You must make sure each hand set is assigned there own port per page 40

Check that the base has 3 working digital ports wired up to the back of the RJ45 and in series and not like a data jack.

huh. Ok handsets each have unique ID's, Wired in a series starting with White blue.... dont get what else it could be? Still blank screens.

Sorry each handset has its own port ID none are the same.. And the pairs are connected to the KSU in a series. Dont know what else it could be?

i also checked under Porn DN status.. and the two ports say unequipped but the LED's on the base show there is a connection?
