Hi all,
We are planning a migration in one of our offices from a Norstar to a cisco SRST remote site that will be tied to our office via a MPLS circuit. We will be continuing to route calls over the PSTN. We are planning on moving the RJ45 connection that is currently plugged into the Norstar cabinet to our VOIP router. My question is, if we have to roll back will it be as simple as returning the connection to the Norstar cabinet, or is a graceful shut down required? What is involved in powering down the norstar?
Any guidance or advice would be great.
Thanks.
