Is there a way to remotely monitor a Norstar ? Someone told me this could be done with a FastRad and an SEB but I wanted to know if anyone had any further feedback on this topic.

Yes a norstar can be remotely administered and send alarm notifications using the FastRAD and Remote Utilities

SEB site event buffer modems...i use them along with meridian systems for the similar purpose (and not norstars)

We use the SEB's and IrisNgen to monitor Meridians as well. So will the fastrad modem communicate with our Irisngen server and process alarms or do we need to set up a different app to process the alarms from the fastrad ?

maybe thats where the SEB is required. i do not know if hte RAD can talk to iris gen

thats probably a question to teltronics/irisngen
