Norstar MICS - Add main line to existing phone?

Hi,

I have a subscriber in one of our remote facility's who needs the mainline to ring on their phone. Everybody else has this already but this person.

I primarily only do display changes and startalk flash vm's. I've never added an additional line.

I've logged into the MICS remotely and found the persons line. It looks like it needs to be added to "Capabilities"?

I'm not sure. Can anybody help me add the line?
